“And One for Later” depicts a clever fox in high summer, enjoying a quick snack from a bountiful nest of pheasant eggs while gently carrying one away to bury for later. Mama pheasant squawks her disapproval from her hiding place in the wild raspberry vines, but keeps her vigilant watch, knowing she has plenty of eggs that will hatch soon!

Hand-inked and printed on an etching press in 5 layers and 9 colors from 4 hand-carved linoleum blocks onto handmade paper. Choose your paper color: Red, Yellow-Green, Light Brown or Light Grey. Add an archival mat and backing and your print is ready o pop into a 9" x 12" frame. Your print will be float mounted to show off the unique handmade paper edge!

Your print(s) will arrive in a protective sleeve, packaged in a rigid envelope to protect them during mailing. If the print is larger than 11" x 14", it will be shipped in a rigid mailing tube

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4 via USPS First Class Mail

Orders over $50 ship for free via USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail if weight is more than 16oz

Orders containing framed pieces will be charged a shipping rate based on weight and destination

I use eco-friendly packing materials whenever possible :)
This print is made using quality inks and archival paper. All mats and mounts use acid free materials. Do not display in direct sunlight, as inks can fade and paper can discolor when exposed to bright sun for long periods of time

If your print arrives rolled, flatten as soon as possible. Gently back-roll your print using the shipping tube and a clean piece of paper or the glassine the print arrived in. Lay flat in a safe spot until fully flattened

When framing your print, avoid letting ink directly touch glass as it can transfer or stick to the glass after extended periods of contact. Use a mat or spacers when framing to prevent this
Due to the nature of the hand printing process, each print will have a unique character and may vary slightly from the photographs in color, registration or marks on the edge of the paper etc
